• Join The Waitlist: If a waitlist opens, join quickly for your chance to ride.
• Volunteer With Us: Volunteer 10+ hours at the event to earn entry for the following year. Learn More
• Coaching Entry: Toe the line fully prepared and confident with 1:1 coaching. Learn More
• Charity Entry: Partner with the Life Time Foundation to raise money for a great cause. Learn More

• 50% Performance-Based: 25 coins go to top riders in each category.
  • If 1st place declines, it will roll down to 2nd, then 3rd. If 3rd place declines, it will be added to the random drawing.
• 50% Random Drawing: 25 coins will be up for grabs in a random drawing. Everyone’s got a shot!
  • Participants must be present at the awards ceremony with their qualifer tab (located on bike plate) in hand. The drawing will take place AFTER the awards ceremony and an announcement will be made when to bring your qualifier tab forward. Please do NOT bring your qualifier tab forward before the awards ceremony has concluded and before the announcement has been made.
• Distances: Finishers of the 100-mile distance will be eligible for a coin. Winners will be able to register for either the UNBOUND Gravel 200 or 100 Mile distances.

Sweet Tooth Challenge

How far can you ride before you hit a sugar high? Make the end of your cycling season extra sweet and join us for BOTH the MTB and Gravel events and earn a bonus prize!

• Sweet Tooth Challenge: 100K MTB and 100-mile Gravel
• Semi-Sweet Tooth Challenge: 50K MTB and 50-mile gravel

Note: You must sign up for Gravel/MTB events SEPARATELY — individuals in both will automatically be entered in the Sweet Tooth Challenge. Sweet Tooth/Semi-Sweet Tooth Challenge is not a scored event. Individuals will be scored within each event, but a cumulative score will not be kept. Finishers will receive a bonus prize! 

Registration Policy

The entire registration process shall be at the sole discretion of the event organizers whose decisions and interpretations shall be final and binding.

Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the section process at any time and for any reason.

Event organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected or believed to be tampering with the entry selection process, or to be acting in violation of these rules, or acting in such a way as to be detrimental to the integrity of this event.

Event organizers shall not be responsible for incomplete entries, declined credit cards, not entries received after the application deadline.

Event Cancellation Policy

(If event is canceled due to a series of reasons including pandemic, natural disaster, etc.)

Option 1: Deferral

• Complimentary, guaranteed entry into the following year’s event.
  • Must register deferral through the following year’s registration window.
    • If registration fills or closes before an athlete uses their deferral- they will have to enter the event waiting list.

Option 2: Refund

• 90+ days out – 70% refund
• 60-89 days out – 50% refund
• 30-59 days out – 40% refund

Please Note:

• No refunds on service fees or donations. No refunds over 365 days since registering. Deferrals are only good for the following year, in the same event.
• Life Time has the sole discretion to change the canceled event options at any time.
