Big Sugar Classic Festival Week Schedule

Big Sugar Classic is more than two races.

It’s an 8-day festival that brings the cycling world to Bentonville for this can’t miss end-of-season party.

From October 12 through October 19, you’re invited to Big Sugar Classic and join the cycling world with races, group rides, industry gatherings, clinics ,and so much more. All set in Bentonville, the “new capital of cool” and hub for arts, culinary, and outdoor experiences.

Bookended by races, this is your chance to shred both the MTB trails and gravel roads that put NWA on the map. With Life Time Little Sugar MTB on October 13 and Life Time Big Sugar Gravel presented by Mazda on October 19.

Sunday, October 13

Monday, October 14

6:00pm – 7:00pm | Team USA Parade and Celebration
Welcome the best of the best back to Bentonville after an outstanding year of accomplishments at the Paris 2024 Olympics and World Championships.

The parade route will be along Main Street, from Compton Gardens to Ledger. At the end of the parade, athletes will be signing commemorative photos. Get festive and show your Team USA spirit by wearing red, white, + blue!

Tuesday, October 15

3:00pm – 7:00pm | Thunderdome Thriller
A FREE community jam and race on the Thunder Dome dual slalom.

Not a rider? Enjoy the race as a spectator with free admission to watch the jam and competition. You don’t want to miss it!

Race is open to ages 15 to 25 years old.

Celebrate cycle September with Jessica Pearson, Coalition Manager of Bentonville Moves Coalition. The Coalition is an alliance of community organizations, local businesses, schools, institutions, civic leaders, and engaged residents working to make our community safer and more connected.
